Terms and Conditions

​Check in and Departure Times

​We kindly ask that guests check in from 1:00pm - 5:00pm, however if you do arrive slightly before check in, guests are more than welcome to leave their luggage until the room is ready.

We do ask that guests please vacate their rooms by 10:00am on the day of departure.

​

Parking

​Their is parking for 4 vehicles and plenty of free street parking. If you arrive by train the station is only a 5 minute walk away.

 

Children and Infants

​Please note we accept children from 5 years up to a maximum age of 16 in our family room.

                                                                   

Damage/Missing items

We reserve the right to charge your credit or debit card for any damage caused to your room during your stay or for any items found to be missing when you leave.

​

Consumption of food and drink

​We politely and respectfully request that food or drink not be consumed in any guest bedrooms.

We reserve the right to charge your credit/debit card for any damage caused or for cleaning.

                                                             

Cancellations:

​Please note full payment is required 14 days before your arrival date - which is Non Refundable.

We do advise that you take out holiday cancellation insurance for all holidays booked to cover any unexpected illness or life event which may result in your holiday being cancelled.

 

Breakfast

We serve a complementary breakfast of Toast, Cereal,

Tea or Coffee between 8.30am - 10.00am.

Refund

​No refund will be given for temporary absence, or early departure. This also applies if you are asked to leave.

 

Other

We do not accept bookings for Large Parties, Hen or Stag Dos.

         

We have a No smoking policy throughout the house although smoking is permitted in the garden. We also operate a No Pets policy.
